ANTENATAL COURSES
90 Minute detailed planning session for mum to be to ensure that she is ready and prepared for having a baby. Follow on sessions can be arranged.
120 Minutes couples session for expectant parents to review their readiness for babies arrival. Follow up sessions available singly, as a couple or in a group for the whole family.
A group option for those expecting a baby - bespoke to the group needs. Sessions of 90 minutes can be remote, including Q&A or in person. Minimum group size 6 attendees.
MARRIAGE SUPPORT
Initial consultation including a pre-marriage check up if required for couples in preparation for marriage. Follow up or program of sessions can be added. As a Symbis certified facilitator, Symbis methodologies will be applied as well as professional marriage coaching approaches for the benefit of creating a healthy, long-term relationship foundation. You don't need to be married or intending to get married, this process works for all couples. Additional sessions can be added following the initial assessment.
NLP PARENTING
1:1 exam stress session with a free guide to coping with exam stress. Suitable for all ages and all types of exams or work related tests.
NLP GENERAL
Initial consultation to assess the needs of the client and offer initial support and introduction to NLP techniques. Ongoing sessions would usually be booked for future dates alongside of the fact find and initial approach.
